Most websites send email straight from the web server. Inbox providers like Gmail and Outlook don't trust those messages, so contact form submissions, order receipts and password resets end up in spam or never arrive at all.

Email Relay sends your website's email through a dedicated delivery service, signed for your own domain, so it lands where it should.

Common questions

What counts as one email?

Each message to each recipient counts as one email. A contact form notification sent to one address is one email; a receipt sent to a customer and copied to you is two.

What happens if I go over 1,500 emails in a month?

Your email keeps sending. Extra emails are $1.50 per 1,000 and are added to your next invoice. We'll let you know when you pass your monthly allowance.

Is there a monthly limit?

Email Relay sends up to 10,000 emails a month. Need more than that? Contact us for a specialized plan.

Can I send newsletters or marketing email?

Email Relay is built for email your website or app sends one at a time, like form notifications, receipts and password resets. Newsletters and bulk marketing email aren't allowed.

Do I need your email hosting to use it?

No. Email Relay works with any email provider, including Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. It only handles the email your website sends, and your regular inbox stays where it is.

Does it work if my website isn't hosted with you?

Yes. Any website or app that can send email through SMTP or an email plugin can use Email Relay, wherever it's hosted.
